From dataset to platform.
Parlacta grew out of a shared interest in political science, data analysis and computational social science developed during our studies, together with the conviction that politics should be accessible to everyone.
Building on publicly available data from OpenParlData, we developed Parlacta out of academic curiosity. As an interdisciplinary team at the intersection of political science, public policy, data science and software development, we provide a platform that makes the Swiss political system accessible and understandable for everyone.
